Installing Word Press Themes
Start by getting the theme.zip file from the source to your local computer.
Go to Appearance > Themes from your WordPress Administration panel and click Add New.
Upload Theme is the new choice on the Add New theme screen.
The theme upload form is now open; click Choose File, find the theme zip file on your computer, then install now.Note: Try another Web Browser or disable AD blocking for the site if you are experiencing problems with link demo. Installation of WordPress Themes via FTP
Start Filezilla, put your login information, then press Quickconnect.
Choose /rootdirectory/web/content/wpcontent/themes from the window provided; the root directory is the name of your site.
Select the folder holding your saved theme from the Local Site window, right click for additional options and hit Upload.
You have now finished uploading your theme to WordPress. Log in to your control panel, go to Appearance > Themes, and hover your mouse over the fresh theme to finish. Then hit Activate.

From your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.
